HiDN, the Harlschon independent directors community network, is a confidential forum where non-executive / independent directors from different industries and different countries can come together to discuss topics of interest, share ideas and board opportunities.
An effective board requires that the independent or non-executive directors be able to contribute to boardroom discussion on a (broad) range of (topics) and issues. HiDN provides a number of online and in-person events where members can learn about new developments in areas of interest and reflect on some of the lessons to be learned from the experiences of other members while gaining new connections.
